The End of Crying ๐ŸŒˆ

May 23, 2019

Oh

The tears I’ve cried

for you-

In the middle of

the night

Untrue—I

lost count of

Little black sheep

Playfully nudging

My hand.

“C’mon lady! Let’s go play!”

And I can still hear her singing…

“Look what’s comin’ up over the hill.

Look what’s shinin’ on my window sill;

With the blue bells ringin’

And the blue birds singin’

It’s Sabbath! Again!” –An Elegant Lady Rochelle

Taught me this song long ago so I would remember.

I remember you.

A Single Tear in my Teacup ๐Ÿ’ง

May 22, 2019

Yogiยฎ๏ธtea brand

A single tear in my teacup

Joy in my eyesโ€”

Since you left

And I realized

The pain you inflicted

Contradicted

Every word you said.

So

Now

Iโ€™ve proven you wrong.

All along–there was nothing

To fear; a single tear in my teacup

Joy in my heartโ€”

A brand new start.

With love and gratitude,

Inner Sight๐Ÿ‘

May 20, 2019

What do you see when you close your eyes?

I asked the Shaman, “show me Hell.”

I was taken to a room the color of mold…

No windows.

A steady-drip-drip

Of water fell from a hole; I couldn’t see

Any way out.

I asked the Shaman, “now please show me Heaven.”

And–in an instant–I was in my own backyard.

Thank you, Sir for encouraging me to think.
