My NOT so QUIET Protest. Bleed 🩸

August 26, 2020

It wasn’t enough

A kick to the head?

Shots fired

Now two more lay dead–

In the streets

America’s

Heartland–

Now do you understand?

Black

White

Yellow

Brown

We

All

Bleed

Red.

Hiding behind the

Constitution

Children playing

Revolution

Free speech

Cheapened

Off the deep-end

Falling—Hey

“Is that your mom calling?”

She says: “Your mother and I…”

Swallowed a fly.

Political delusion

Tangled confusion

A web of deceit

And fatal intrusion.

“Abolish it!”

Filmed on IPhones how ironic—

You still don’t get it?

What?

Who me,

Sardonic?

A dark force let loose upon this great land.

One day

Come and see

You too will understand.

BLACK

WHITE

YELLOW

BROWN

WE ALL BLEED RED

      1. It doesn’t. Never has. Never will. Meanwhile in Portland—kids are “shield training” this evening in the park for tonight’s riot. This made a lot of people in Twitterville giggle. Really. It’s funny. A lot of arrests made last night. Kids were flying—lots of crying. And still, the police are committed to the community. Enough is enough kids—time to go home…before someone gets hurt. Or killed.

      2. Shield training? Kids? I think people need to go to a park and watch some squirrels and chipmunks for awhile. Seriously.🤔🐿🐿 Sigh. Time for me to get to bed. That temp is dropping outside already, this was our last summer day.🌞😎
